The device reset control point and planarity can be installed on all models of Helios machines, from 3-5 axes and has a dual functionality:

    1. Adjusting the tool (Set and automatically resaturar dimension "Z" tool).

    2. planarity control in case of an incision on a plate that is not perfectly level. For such an application is an essential tool.

    The device, mounted on the machine, reads the unevenness of the surface of the plate and using the software adjusts the depth of incision to the unevenness found, thus obtaining perfect incisions deformed surfaces.

    Function setting tool device intervenes in case of adjustment or replacement tool (for breakage or wear), keeping the same dimension of the tool-plate distance.
